At Anú Therapy, we provide a safe and confidential space for our clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. We are located in Sligo, Ireland. Jodi McCaffrey our psychotherapist is a trained Psychotherapist holding a BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy, and is an IACP registered psychotherapist. We offer 1:1 online or in-person sessions, and for some clients we use a neuro affirming approach to therapy that focuses on the strengths and abilities of our clients. We believe that each person has the potential to overcome their challenges and live a fulfilling life.

Jodi uses a Person-centered & Psychodynamic approach, incorporating elements of C.B.T, therapy is individually tailored to suit the clients needs. The Rogerian core conditions of Empathy, non-judgement and unconditional positive regard are something intrinsically in Jodi's work and beliefs.
